Every New Year resolution is to wake up early? And you are unable to keep up with it. Waking up early has many benefits. You can get done a lot during this early hour. But many times one finds it difficult to wake up early and quick start the day. Many times people feel low energy levels.  Here are quick fix dieting tis to wake up early in the morning with full energy and freshness.

  • Have meals as per your schedule: – keeping with body clock is best way to lead healthy lifestyle. Plan our day in terms of which all food preparations you can have. This can be based on your work, fitness, meeting and traveling.

 

  • Have last meal 1.5 hrs before sleeping: – As you have to keep up with your diet schedule make sure you take your dinner 1.5 hrs prior to your sleep time. This leaves some space for food digestion. You will not feel very heavy.

 

 

  • Warm milk with nutmeg at bed time: This formula helps you in falling sleep quickly. Take warm milk with nutmeg if you have sleep related problems. Having sound sleep will help you in getting up early next morning.

 

  • Luke warm water with ghee: If you are one of those who has constipation problem, this formula will help you.
