Add Fruit Smoothies to your diet! Fresh fruits contain natural sugar. and this form of sugar is best suited to us. Fruits also contain essential vitamins and mineral. Thus having them as sweets is acceptable.

You can try following few smoothie combinations:

  1. Banana + 1 cup low fat yogurt + 1/2 cup milk and Honey
  2. Orange + black grapes blend together and add 1/2 cup low fat milk.
  3. 1 Apple with cinnamon powder and yogurt 1/2 cup. Blend all together.
  4. Kiwi apple blend together with pinch of black salt and pepper powder.
  5. Carrot and apple blend together with pinch of salt.
  6. Pineapple blend together with tender coconut.
