Get enough oxygen! Oxygen is vital for life..we all know! When you are feeling low your body need more oxygen. And just a glass of water is refreshing.

In my daily practice have found that deep breathing helps a lot in managing cravings. Few days back i had shared detailed video on Mindful eating. This talks about the connection between deep breathing and sugar cravings. You can listen to this detailed video here.

As a home work for today try doing this. Take break from your work for 3 mins (after 3 hours during the day). close your eye and practice deep breathing exercise.
