Add up fresh fruits in place of your desserts. Having sweet tooth is not bad. But consuming more sugar is bad. You need to find best healthy option. As we did fruit smoothies on day 14 you can try fresh fruit desserts.

Mixing up fresh fruits with low fat yogurt tastes yummy. You can add cinnamon powder to cut fruits. Fruit chat with some dried figs and dates is another option. In between make sure it does not results in excess calorie consumption. Dry fruits are rich in calories. But they also contain essential vitamins and minerals.
