Increase your water consumption! So far is you have followed our #nosugar challenge then you need to make this change. Increase your water consumption through out the day.

Don’t wait till the time you feel thirsty and then drink water. Besides your 3 main meals when you feel hungry – first have a glass of water. Then look around for food. This single strategy makes a lot of difference. When you eat more fruits you add up fiber to diet. and to digest increased fiber intake you need to drink more water. If not done it may result in constipation.
