Eat small & Frequent Meals:

Not eating food for ling hours affect your health. It also affects your hormonal levels. Your brain needs continuous supply of glucose. When you skip any meal, body is craving for energy. It releases hormones. These hormones tell your brain to ask for sugar.

When you feed your body with sugar it is stored in the body. Cause you are not physically active that time. And this keeps on happening every day – When you are stress out, when you are very busy and when you go on diet…

As a result you feed your body but do not get required energy.

Thats why, on this “No Sugar Challenge” we will include 3-4 meals every day. 3 main meals and 2 short meals.
