Our body is exposed to toxins on daily basis. They come from processed food, air, water, soil etc. We need a system to remove them.

There is strong correlation between accumulated toxins and sugar cravings. Studies suggests accumulated toxins trigger sugar cravings. Bad microbes in intestine grow on this sugar and results in inflammation. Inflammation can be in the form of cough, cold, swelling, pain, mental fog etc.

Today we will add foods to help you remove toxins. Add Lemons. Drink at least 2 glass of lemon water through out the day. You need not add salt to it. Simply add lemon juice and water. This helps long way in detoxifying.

Amla, pineapple, melons, citrus fruits helps in removing toxins from the body.
