Add Nuts rich in fat. Make your snacks rich in nutrients. Nuts like almonds, walnuts, chia seeds, flax seeds, hazel nuts are rich in essential fatty acids. They also contains good amount of proteins, fiber and minerals. These three things collective help in lowering sugar craving.

Best way to eat these nuts and seeds is to soak them in water and add in between your meals.
