Vitamin and Mineral deficiency is one of the reasons for sugar cravings. Adding foods rich in vitamins and mineral helps in controlling sugar craving. make sure you addd Omega 3, chromium and magnesium rich foods.

You get Omega 3 fatty acids from : Small fishes such as Mackerel, Salmon, Oyster Mushrooms, Flax seeds, Chia Seeds, walnuts, Soybeans, etc.

Chromium is important mineral. It is required in less quantity but is essential. Brewers yeast, Broccoli, /eggs, Sweet Potato, Corn, Oats, etc. Chromium is also know to boost mood and emotional well being.

You will find Magnesium commonly in spinach, pumpkin seeds, almonds, black beans, avocado, figs, banana, Kefir etc. Magnesium also helps in headaches and migraine.
